Just got an OP1 and the first A sharp black key fell off because the little plastic micro hooks on the key look bent so it’s not latching anymore. Any chance someone can sell me a spare cap or point me in the right direction to get one? Thank you!
You can try asking their support team, they may be able to give you a link to buy one 
I was able to get one from John Masters on YouTube. He has that buyanop1 site. Real friendly too. Highly recommended. $20 for the key but no other options. TE support says go to iFixit and iFixit says they don’t have it. Makes me a bit scared in the long run. TE just turfs it elsewhere.
