Audio ou cable

Good afternoon

I am the new owner of an OP1.All is going well except sound out.

When i connect a cable from sound out to my powered speakers i get a very soft sound, when i pull the jack half way out of the OP1 the volume is ok.

I have tried various cable but they all act the same.They all have two black rings on them should i be using a cable with one ring?

I have been connect as per manual ie switch off before connecting etc.

Any ideas?

is it new or used? does the white ring of plastic look like it is set in deep or is it flush with the side of the case?

can you take a picture?

Maybe try testing it. While powered down, hold down COM and follow on the screen instructions. I think it’s number 3 that will lead you to the audio testings.
