So just got a brand new op-z, immediately after opening the box i was unable to turn it on. I plugged it in and battery said 100%. I’ve found some posts that this was happening to others. I tried everything taking the battery out, charging it anyways, updating firmware, etc. but no luck, only works when powered over usb. Any other suggestions or am I going to have to go through the wonderful return process?
Is USB charging enabled?
