My speaker started distorting quite badly and then stopped working. It won’t make any sound at all anymore. Everything else works fine. Does anybody know a good resource for trouble replacing the speaker and/or trouble shooting the problem? Thanks!
Hold COM on startup and run the system check.
Did that, still broken.
First time my speaker went wonky TE fixed it. Second time it was along with several other problems and a new IO board fixed my issues. IO board is user replaceable.
Did you speaker just stop or was it finicky for awhile and then go dead?

Mine use to distort a little when I first got it (couple years ago). Especially for certain sounds and volume levels. It’s up to you if you want to return it. My speaker just recently stopped working entirely.
