browser: shift+1 vs shift+t1

Had a silly moment when I pressed Shift+T1 instead of Shift+1 to browse synth patches and the OP1 came up with these blank lists.
What puzzles me is only the sampler displays a list of samples, all other engines come up blank.
Is it a bug? Anyone know why?

Because you are simply changing the synth engine. The effect and LFO settings remain the same.
