Cfw gossip!

Replying here because the other thread is not the place and I know and understand that not all people want to read what I write about this.

It is really sad that the level of hate has now reached a point where users are intentionally blaming stock firmware bugs on specific custom firmwares.

And coincidental that you @JohnnyEgo, the most vocal user against OPUS, suddenly installed it and ran into a very specific stock fw bug only using OPUS and it was fixed a couple of hours later by @popcorp. (Edit it was fixed yesterday)

It’s time for you to accept that there are other firmwares that people like. Firmwares that are thriving because of good ideas, firmwares that catch the eye of users and make them switch. The same might happen when a new version of @Hundekraft releases.

You can be critical and give feedback. You’ll even get a good faith response as you saw today. All feedback is good if given with a genuine intention to help make things better.

And luckily every crash in OPUS will now print a crash log for the user so future reports will be easy to verify.

How you proceed is up to you. I’m done with this back and forth and hope things can become more productive after this.

Now back to making cool stuff for the community including ports for OP1R, etc. Bye!!!
