Connecting with a synth/keyboard/sampler?

Hello
I would like to use my OB-4 as speaker for my Akai MPC, Deluge and Roland SP404… since they have 6.35 plugs and the OB-4 has a 3.5 audio in will any adapter cable work for that purpose?
Can I connect a stereo instrument with this cable?

I have connected my MPC KEY 61 and it works like a charm! Amazing sound!
