Dawless hardware solution to store samples?

i’m dawless, and in fact computer free, and i’m looking for a hardware sample bank storage solution.
i am aware these things are probably not make any more, or maybe they are?

what old or new hardware could i use to store samples recorded in the field?

What size are you concerned with? Considering old rack samplers from yesteryear? Am I missing your point?
Was going to suggest an old yamaha A3000 with zip disk or something like that.

Depending on your recorder you should be able to store the samples on its memory? Like an SD card or something?

look into mpc live, octatrack, or the new apc from akai. What ever device you are using to post here can probably work with files.

You could probobly get a budget computer that can do what you need for less than the hardware I mentioned above.
