I am sorry to hear this. If you ask for a refund, any vendor should be prompt about acknowledging it and giving it. Perhaps you have some recourse with your credit card company? Most will cancel a charge if a vendor does not deliver goods as promised or grant you a refund within a reasonable time. Same with Paypal, I believe. Good luck.

I had the same problem with my refund, it was 5 days later and the refund has not happened, so I double checked with them and they hadn’t processed the refund. They had just cancelled the order on their system.

Once they properly processed it, I had the money returned to my account within two days.

You could file a Paypal issue against them, I bet that gets the money back to you quickly.

My 18316* order looks like it arrived sometime between Thursday and Saturday, from a Feb 23 dispatch. I’m betting it arrived on Friday. I had it shipped to my office and ended up working from home late last week. I wasn’t expecting them to arrive until this week anyways, so it was nice to walk in this morning and see the package on my desk!


Especially since I had the cheap-ass $3 shipping (for PO-12 and PO-16).

I’ve waited for years for other products, but they were from really small shops, or forum based projects (WTPA2, and Waldorf MicrowaveXT voice expansion board). When the PO-12 finally shows up it’ll be like a nice surprise. Same with the case whenever those start shipping.
