I factory reset the OP-1 Thinking it would only delete what i had made on it, but I guess it reset it completely and removed all the updates that were already installed on it /.\ what do i do! I just did the motherboard test and the screen has been black for about 10 minutes now! Did i mess it up?? can I send it back to teenage engineering for help?? I just recieved it 3 days ago! Help me please!
When you hold COM button while switching on, does it offer to upgrade the firmware ?
If it’s the case, you’re saved.
If not, bring it back.
