My OP-1 crashes every time I try to enter sync mode to connect to my computer. It works fine otherwise. Is my only option to perform a factory reset? If so, will I lose everything but the factory patches… or do I need to reinstall them too?
maybe try synching on a different computer. but it sounds like a factory reset might be needed.
TE’s support said to also try with different cables, but it crashed even when not hooked up. Factory reset sorted it though.
