Moving entire tracks / recording to tape

Hi.

I have a 4 minute track I recorded live, and I need to move it. Normally I’d hold shift and use the blue dial, but no joy. Any ideas?

Also, when recording from external gear straight to tape cannyou set up a trigger rather than trying to hit record and play at the same time?

The shift-blue thing only works on snippets <= 90 seconds. So, snip the leftmost piece and move with shift-blue, then snip another and move, etc.

Cheers. It’s a pain but I got around it by re recording that part in time :slight_smile:
