New OP-Z, loose back panel: is this normal?

Hi all,

I just got my new OP-Z (yay!) and I’m finding the back panel is a little bit loose. Here’s a video where you can see (and hear) it:

Is this “OP-Z normal”? Or is this unit flawed? Trying to decide if it’s worth it to exercise the 30-day return warranty.

Mine is loose af if it’s any consolation. However, it’s not disfunctionally loose.

Hi,

I just got one as well, and mine was loose. I didn’t know that the back could be removed, but it gave me the confidence to tighten it up and stop the rattles.

How did you tight it up? AFAIK those are not real screws, they only have two positions. I tried removing the back and putting it again, but it’s still loose though.

At first with my fingernails, but then with some coloured buttons that you can get for the encoders.

bought one new recently. Mine is loose as well
