No reply from SCS Servicecenter-Siedler for almost two month

Hi Everyone, I had an op-1 in need of repair, so I sent it to SCS, as they are the official repairer for TE, on September 3 they replied “Give me an update next week.” after that, they seem to disappear, I sent a lot of emails, but they still haven’t responded. I also responded to the problem with TE, and they said they would help me contact SCS, but so far there is no progress, I am very worried about my op -1, has anyone dealt with SCS, have they always been like this?
