Try sampling some disco and funk with your drum sampler and chopping up the sounds. Then you can play or sequence the ‘chops’ kinda like a mpc.

Any tips, tricks, tutorials for this? I’m pretty new to this little guy
Yup sample some disco into the drum sampler. One tip is that the Drum sampler chops everything up evenly across 16 keys. So if you record a perfect loop it will be split into perfect divisions. Play with re arranging the chops and making something new. Throw down some four to the floor 909 kicks. Crank the master limiter. Experiment with Nitro on your samples for filter sweep goodness.
