I use the Apple Lightning to USB Adapter. It works! No charging if course.

The cable the OP-Z comes with is NOT apple lightning it is USB male. So… if you want a lightning connection with digital audio… this and the camera connector (see video above) is the only way.
You can USB in to your computer without any special cable - if that’s what your asking?
Me wife’s Apple iPad pro is usb-c like the opz so it’s really easy.
Yes, Android phones, iPads and other devices with USB-C connectors will be simpler to use with the OP-Z.
