Opz user manual/reference guides

Hi all,
I was browsing the opz news two days ago on my phone and saw a new printer friendly user guide from a user on either the facebook group, this forum or maybe reddit, I couldn’t save at the time and can’t seem to find that post anymore. Any chance someone might have seen it or saved it and could point me in the right direction?

Btw, this was not the foldable two page one made from spongefile (also great)

I posted one on Facebook recently. I printed and had it spiral bound so i can make notes and what not. Here you go!

Somebody else compiled it with the table of contents in the front which I forgot to do. anyway, i just tabbed the pages on my copy anyway. Cheers
