PO User guides

Well a Volca can clock a modular iirc, and a Volca can clock a PO according to TE, so I think it’ll be okay

But i am mainly thinking the opposite direction: modular clocking the PO…

Should be fine, but you should definitely attenuate the pulse from the modular, the PO run from 3v so anything over 3v will potentially damage it, best to measure the voltage before plugging in.

derp… 1.5v battery x 2, i r math…

Is a created pattern still in memory after the batteries are popped out?

^ More than likely, although it would be cool if taking out then replacing the batteries filled the memory with random patterns

^omg

Couldn’t find this in the manual. Anywayz I like the idea of the random patterns!

Re syncing with modular on this video at 7.39 Jens from TE confirms that it will sync with modular gear!# https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Zy2WEx6_a4#t=459

Syncing with a volca sample. The Pocket Operators are small in form, big in possibilities.

Hello.

does anyone know how to mute all tracks (sounds in pattern) except one (as in this videos 0:18 sek and 1:10 sek and 1:48 sek)? Is it possible at all? I tried to do as the guy in the demo video - but not working. Also in PO manual there is no such a option.

Not on the fly. But you could copy the pattern, mute any drum you want then move between the two patterns.

I wonder if I could just feed the PO devices with a CV trigger from modular as the "click track"...
If that were possible I can see the appeal of a relatively easy integration with my Euro cases.

I have had success synchronizing all three of my Pocket Operators with a click track from a Korg Volca Sample and Belkin Headphone Splitter.

One of my tricks is to leave pattern 16 empty, and trigger it when I need it to be quiet. While not muting per say, the PO will continue playing silently while staying in sync.
