Understanding track scale

Howdy! As I dive further into the OP-XY, things happen where– for the life of me – I cannot figure out how to undo it (or what I did to cause it in the first place). Would love any help on the following scenario:

While I understand track scale more or less, I don’t know how I got to the state I’m in or how to undo it. One of my tracks has Track Scale 6, even though the 1-4 options are at 1. As a result, one of my tracks progresses its 16 steps wayyyy slower than the others. I can see this as the pattern progresses.

How did I accomplish this, and how can I undo it?

Hold bar and select a number to change the amount of time taken by one step.

Thanks for the link to the manual.

By reading it closely, I see you can also speed the track up by setting it to 1/2.
