Much like the “What Are You Listening To?” thread but given the plethora of medium in which we can intake audio I think it important to share the things we can see as well as hear. There is a gargantuan amount of inspiration to be found on YouTube and other video streaming sites.

Came across this idea and I wanted to share Paul Hartnoll’s luscious man-cave (and our beloved OP-1 is in there!).

This thread is about visually based with audio as the backbone videos. I loved watching Junkie XL’s making of DeadPool. Anyway, here is Paul…

I watched this good show about the sounds of Japan a few days ago…really opened my eyes (ears?) to how different cultures regard the noises us Westerners try to keep OUT of music.

Thx mate I finally found the time to watch it !
As I spent most of my life spitting on it, synth pop is a culture I know nothing of. Always cnsidered the eighties as a damaged zone, musically speaking, until the Pixies came.
I learned quite a lot and have to listen to a bunch of albums !!!

This one is great. I’ve watched it twice, but it’s been a while now. I should watch it again some day soon.
