The Volca Beats outputs audio via the headphone jack which is fine when headphones are plugged in, but then plugged into a mixer, the level is rather low.
It’s a know issue and there is plenty out there about it and what cable to use for your average mixer with 1/4" TRS

a normal stereo-minijack-to-stereo-minijack cable. on a regular mixer you’d use a regular stereo minijack to 2 x 1/4" TS (not TRS)
