My OP-1 is dying. One key is flakey, one is completely dead and it bricks a couple times a week and I have to reload the firmware. TE has not returned my emails after weeks of waiting.
The first question is, where stateside, preferably near Seattle, have people had their OP-1 serviced?
The second question, has anyone successfully fixed similar issues themselves? Ifixit has keybeds but I’m thinking that it is likely the DSP Board could be the problem? Can anyone speak to this?
