Anyone have any new diagrams to share. My setup has grown and warped since a year ago, it would be fun to see more growing setups.
this is more or less my current live set up, minus the werkstatt

Nice color palette. Interesting to see a BSP and OP Lab together, how well do they play together? I bet it opens up lots of possibilities.
Trying to find a mixer/ interface/ controller solution to tame my rat’s nest setup (especially eurorack)
The Kmix, Soundcraft 12mtk, Behringer UFX1204, and the Zoom R16/24 are great contenders for desktop mixers with multitrack USB. Anyone have more to add?
I may just go rackmount instead.
If I had deep pockets I would grab an A&H Qu Pac.

Oh man, ya the QU is perfect but totally out of my budget. It’s a beautiful piece and I really love the slim form factor.
@Kites Similar to you I was in the hunt for a rack mixer recently but nothing affordable with 2 separate sends. In the end I bought a rack shelf and am still using my Alesis MultiMix feeding a Micro BR which records the stereo outs. I will post a photo / diagram later. :)
(planning my mixer routings took me all weekend :S )

I use the BSP as a midi keyboard during my performance usually, but it’s nice being able to control everything with midi by hitting play/stop on the BSP. for example, on one song i will usually trigger the OP-1 to start playing manually, and then shift play on the BSP to trigger everything to start playing from the beginning of their pattern.

@kites - this diagram makes me so happy. What app are you using to set it up? also - what do you think of the HOF? I’ve been thinking of picking one up as an interim until i can sell another kidney for the eventide space
The audio in to my Scarlett is basically a swap out between iPad, op-1 or turntable. I use Logic, but 90% of my stuff happens w/ the MPC.
See above.
Damn.
DaveCAD, I loike [sic] it!

My workflow is basically this;
- Use vinyl or OP (or iPad), etc. into MPC.
- chop & arrange.
- Drag MPC sequences to Dropbox folder.
- Import those into Novation’s launchpad app (iPad).
- Perform arrangement via LP mini, into Logic, using Launchpad’s delicious echo and filters.
- Add sugar w/ Logic (cymbal work, atmospherics, etc.)
- Tweak / master.
- Export.
MPC gives great bass.
Short of playing a bass, it’s the greatest way to play a live, nuanced bass part.
Tried to get MIDI on the same diagram but it would get very messy!
Everything can be sampled into the OP1, via the Monomachine. Everything except the OP1 can be mangled by the Monomachine which is the only failing with this setup for me. I record everything as a stereo mix to my Micro BR, used as a basic stereo recorder.
My MIDI map. Easy to keep updated, good for quick overview on where new gear will fit in
Wow, more sweet diagrams up in here. Keep em’ coming!
Yes they are nice set ups ,nice diagrams.
