Anyone got the Field bag for the OP-Z?

I noticed TE has the Field bag for the OP-Z. I have the Field bag for the OP-1 Field, and the Field strap also. I’m wondering if anyone has both Field bags, can they velcro together or anything? I know the old OP-Z black bag they had (no longer available) attached to the old OP-1 Bag (also not available.

Anyway any thoughts on the OP-Z Field bag from owners would be nice. Cheers

The OG black bag for reference.

Yeah I regret not buying that while I could. I have the matching OG black one on my OG OP-1, although I need to get around to selling my OG OP-1. Don’t really need it.

i have the field case for the opz and op1f. i like them both a lot but i think ultimately they are stylistic choices. there are clever ways to velcro them all together and stuff. usually my travel rig is op1f + opz and i put both in decksaver and then into their field cases and velcro them together facing outward. and then i throw that in my small backpack.

That sounds great - any chance of sharing a pic of maybe the OP-Z mostly inserted into the Field bag? Just not much info out there. I think I’m going to order it though.
(EDIT: Since I’m not really enjoying the Woovebox as much as I thought I would… will try to learn OP-Z again)

here are a couple pics!

Thanks! That’s great. And while I’m not a big deck saver guy, I have to love how it protects the power / volume knob.

Edit: Since you have an OP-1 Field too, (as I do, with the Field bag) it’s a bit of a tight fit, I’m guessing the OP-1 Field deck saver doesn’t fit in that bag?

the op1f with deck saver fits great inside the field case. same as opz with deck saver.

Thanks. I guess it’ll make it smoother, sliding over the knobs.

Ok I have more things to buy now

My OP-Z was a bunde from Perfect Circuit that came with all the little cards you can plug in, the case, and the OP-Z. The soft case reminds me of the yellow raincoat I had to wear when I was a kid walking to school. It Velcroed along the long end of the case, while the soft black case for my OP-XY Velcroed along a short side. For my OP-1 Field, I have an Analog case since I bought it used and it didn’t come with a case.

Looks like the decksaver is available now:

I was fortunate when I bought my first op-z, it came in the field bag for free. I love it. My second op-z came in a case from Analog Cases. It’s nice but doesn’t feel the same. I was about to buy a field bag for OP-XY and one for OP-1f, which would have been ridiculously expensive for just two cases, but I found one on Etsy that I went for instead. It’s going to take weeks for it to arrive, coming from Turkey, but it fits both of the devices in one bag. They even make one that would fit three if you want to fit the OG Op-1 in there as well.

I got my Field Bag for OP-Z yesterday. It’s good! Going to see how the straps connect with the Field Bag for OP-1 later.

Though I got the yellow bag with my OP-Z and the black one for the OP-XY, and an Analog Cases one for my OP-1 Field, I am now considering getting something along the lines of a camera bag to put the whole TE shebang in. I got the 3-in-1 TE bag for the CM-15/TX-6/TP-7, so all these pieces plus cabling should fit in a modest size camera bag or similar. I believe that is the entire eco-system at this point. I think the OB-4 speaker is not really a part of the Field eco-system and I have no intention of buying it.
