I’m trying to hook my Instrument 1 to OP-Z. I tried many different cables but it simply doesn’t work. Same with my OP1 Field. I updated all the devices but still no go. Any advice on this would be greatly appreceated. Thanks!
Hi @Bono, I took a look at the manual and this might be the problem:
Neither the OP-Z or OP-1 will handle this well, as the devices are expecting MIDI to be send to a specific channel, rather than 7 channels. The reason the Instrument 1 does this is so that you can have per note pitch bend. Apparently you can turn this off:
