Just turned on the field and it did an automatic factory reset, no input from me, just from turning on the power switch. Has this happened to anyone else? Just updated the latest firmware.
Never experienced this, and I’m sorry if you’ve lost a lot as a result. Going forward just be sure to back up what you need before updating.
I’ve never had any trouble, but I update basically asap so maybe keeping up with the versions helps with this? Regardless you shouldn’t have dealt with that so again I feel for you hope the rest of your day is better.

thanks! seems like this has happened before in the past with other firmware updgrades. I reached out to TE and sent them the logs for my particualr unit, see what they say. Hopefully it’s just a one-off.
