New to Bluetooth. Just wondering what would be the best Bluetooth receiver to plug into the OP-1’s line-in?

Check out the Avantree Saturn Pro. Each one can be set as either a tramsmitter or receiver and they can be paired easily to create a competent wireless audio transfer system.
