Dude. go to the rant section. I think the OP’s question was answered and this has turned into a rant. While you claim not to be a hater your activity on the forum says otherwise.
This is not TE’s forum. This is a community run thing where we try to help and enable each other. Please try to be helpful, keep your rants in the soapbox section. If you want TE’s attention than blow up their social media. They are a small company, their senior people are active on social media and they do interact with people there.
