Buying Drum Samples on Amazon Music

I just found some drum machine samples on Amazon:

Looks cheap (for about 1 EUR), but I think you can also get the most of these samples for free. Maybe interesting for some rare machine samples.
And i think you do not get the original pitched sounds (like the TR626 ones).

being not a total newbie but sort of, how do you load the samples on a single drum patch? I mean how do you create a drum patch with only selected part of a drum machine?
