For some reason I cannot record or listen to mixdowns on my OP1F. The buttons are simply ghosted out. What gives?
darn weird. never heard of this before. so can we trouble you to provide some modicum of information so that some of us here can attempt to help? firmware version etc?
Firmware is 1.7.0
I’ve had the unit about six weeks.
I haven’t done much with it, I’ve recorded some stuff, sampled some things. That’s about it.
very strange! i would try updating to the latest firmware from the te website and then try again. we can always try a factory reset also if that doesn’t work. let us know.
I didn’t realize there is a firmware update. I will try that and cross my fingers.

I would also try different playback method and record button combo - sometimes a small thing is overlooked
Like maybe have the track play, then go to mixdown, and check to see if it’s active?(Press stop and record??? (Also are you playing back from transport or are you trying to for example play Mixdown back?)

It’s like the album buttons just vanished in the COM menu. The functions above buttons 3 and 4 are blank. I can’t flip the album or play or record on it.
Turn the blue knob to the right to select the mixdown and not the broadcast no ?

Oh yes this is correct lol
Updating the firmware did not fix the issue.
A factory reset did fix the issue.
I hope this issue can be tracked down and fixed. I now live in fear!
Use the BLUE encoder all the way on left
Turn left
Select Mixdown
OMG I feel so dumb. But feeling dumb is the only way to get smart! I literally did everything I could to this machine other than turn the blue encoder.
