but 3 month ago i send it in for servicing! (3 year warranty) 
my mic was broken for about 2 years and my encoders got some Hair crackles. I’ve had to wait for about 2 Month but they changed the whole unit and left the display glass and the metal bottom! …after that i thought my OP-1 is more responsive and it felt super responsive. graphics are more stable and stuff. i think TE had changed the internal components over the years a lil bit.
