Changing root note of the sample in the sampler synth?

So is there any way to change the root note? if, for example I recorded sample which was playing at G-pitch while holding C-key, is there any way to place the sample on a G-key? Or only-re-record it?

I was using master tune (shift&tempo).
Transpose ,record to tape .Resample.
Or just master tune,then perform to Tape.
