Channel 4 is less loud than 1-3

Just bought my OP-1 yesterday, and I’ve been having a ton of fun with it.

Just discovered something odd though. On my OP-1, channel 4 is quieter than 1-3. When I play the same drums on channel 3 they sound a lot louder than on channel 4, and they’re both at 80% in the mixer. Is there anything it could be or do I have a slightly faulty unit?

are your channels panned at all maybe?

if not, maybe try a factory reset and see if that sorts it out
