Clock modular directoy from op1

ah sorry, missed that, yes! I haven’t tried it myself yet, I need the right type of splitter cable.

raspberry pi; cv pal; Usb Hub; op1. can split audio from op1 Beta OS and get a Click clock out(i.e. square wave clock)

CV Pal Is very powerful. Highly recommended! Ive build one into most of my most recent creations.

Slowly working to get Raspberry PI’s to do all the boring laptop stuff for my modular. s

Cool, good tip Thanks, I got the click out to tempo sync my modular easily, but I was wondering how I can get the audio out also.

side note: Also hoping the release of the OP-Z bridges the CV world somehow and the OP-1 can live long and prosper in my setup.

The Intellijel µMIDI plus the µMIDI JACKS could do the trick and are 1U. Unfortunately it doesn’t say if it supports USB Host mode which would be required if you want to plug in your OP-1 directly. Maybe worth inquiring with Intellijel.

If you have an iPad you could use that as a USB Host and use Midi Flow to do the necessary midi routing. That would also allow you to use something like Patterning to drive your modular which should be nice too

If you have the new beta firmware installed you can put it into PO sync mode and use a stereo>mono splitter to send the pulses to your modular. Works fine with my Makenoise stuff.
