Hi,
I started to use the CM-15 and I feel that it records at a low level, even at maximum gain (position 2). I connected the CM-15 via USB to my Macbook, and I even increased the input volume to +12 in audio settings (I have read that this is digital amplification).
With those max settings (max gain + max input) the input level is OK, but I was expecting to be able to record with gain 1 and no digital amplification (in those settings the volume is really low).
I tested it recording my voice very close to the mic, and voice level for a podcast, no singing for now.
Maybe I am doing something wrong?
Is there a way to check that everything is OK with my mic, and it is recording at the volume level that is expected?
