Baby steps, first simple things, then I’ll further complicate things. I need to get my head around how the LFO’s and the FX work so that I understand which one to choose or how to get the effect I want.
The design is incredible, how it easily “teaches” you how to do things.
It is money well spent.
By the way, I must confess that I have no musical background. I am doing this for the pure love of music. There is nothing stopping me and who knows, I might learn actual proper musical concepts on the journey.

I borrowed one before getting PO’s and I gotta say, it had too many functions and possibilities for my brain. love slightly restricted/limited devices, produces a different kind of creativity. that’s why I’m happier with the PO’s. do a cover first, that’s usually easier than starting with an original song.

Yes, that is the plan. I will try to follow some of the videos of people showing how they use it, for example sammysjams when he sort of replicates C.R.E.A.M. from Wu-Tang Clan using the sample from The Charmels.
On the other hand, I also want to just jam and see what comes out of it.
I did my first 2 hours the other night and got massively happy with just 10 seconds of music I produced with just one instrument I had synthesised.
The main thing is that I am learning how to use it and having fun at the same time.
It might be some time until my first song, but I will truly enjoy doing “exercises”.
