Where do we activate the countdown option for recording on the tape recorder? I would be very grateful if you could help me. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find it.
Shift + Record, and then hit Play : countdown starts… (of course you need 1.6.0 or later to do so)

Step-by-step: go to tape, hold shift +record, press play. If countdown doesn’t start for you, maybe try to update to 1.6.5 and try again. It works for me.

may be you are in Free (sync) mode..? countdown works in Beat Match, MIDI sync and PO sync modes for me

Yes, that’s it. Finally That was the problem. Free sync mode was on and it wasn’t working. When I turned on Beat Match mode, the problem was solved and the countdown is working. Thank you very much
