Dumb question....OP1 or EP133 audio cables

Hello everyone, I have a stupid doubt. Thanks in advance.
Why I cant hear the stereo samples from OP1 Field or EP133 when I use a stereo cable to connect the devices to my audio interface? I can hear if I panned to one side but that is not the idea…
I am using a MyVols stereo cable and my audio interface is an Arturia Audiofuse Studio.

Thanks in advance for the explanations/solution!!!

what type of cable r u using?
what input are u plugging into?
is it maybe a mono input and thats why your not hearing the stereo field?

is your audio interface plugged into your computer?
are u using any kind of program or daw in the mix?
maybe u need to check your settings in your program?

Thanks!
I am using a stereo balanced cable, the ones of MyVolts.
The input is a stereo input.
The audio interface goes to the computer, to Logic X pro.
Maybe is something with the settings

Audio interface input is probably mono

yea looking at the specs briefly
it seems like all your inputs are mono?

keep in mind that while they use the same TRS type cable
STEREO and BALANCED are 2 totally different things.

Welcome to the forum. Does your cable have a mini-jack stereo connector on one end and two 1/4” mono jacks on the other?

This is the type of cable you need to connect your audio interface to either the EP133 or OP1F.
Sometimes called a split or Y lead.

If it does, and you have connected one of the 1/4”
Jacks to input 1 and the other to input 2 (or to inputs 3 & 4) on your audio fuse then it’s one of 2 possible problems.

Your cable is broken & only one of the 2 jacks is receiving a signal. Or in Logic, make sure you’ve got inputs 1 AND 2 or 3 AND 4 selected for a stereo input.

Most DAWs (Reason & Ableton in my case) allow you to select one or two channels as an input. 1 channel for mono and 2 channels (as a pair) for stereo. Apologies if you know all this already.

I can’t honestly think of what else it could be.
Ah actually there is one. On my Behringer audio interface there is a mono switch. I don’t know your interface but maybe it has got such a switch and that switch is engaged, making what you’re hearing mono.

Not a dumb question
Your audio interface is full of mono inputs. This is normal. Inputs 5 and 6 on the back both on 6.5mm jacks or RCA plugs, and inputs 7 and 8 are ideal for connecting such things. You use two inputs, one for left and one for right. Then in your daw set an audio track to stereo and set it to input 5/6 for example. As others have said your leads need to have a stereo plug (TRS) at the TE gear end, and two mono plugs (TS or RCA) at the other end.
