Premium price for less than premium products is how I’d describe my experience.

Sadly, I’m a bit on this side too.
TE’s support has been great for now.
So, that’s something. And nowadays, huge enough for me to consider buying more of their stuff.
But yeah. Whatever/wherever it is (greed, bad QC, bas strategy, etc), they missed a mark.
The whole op1.5/op1field is an example of that. The OB-4 bags is another. The OG1/POs price increase too.
I could understand any reason…if they gave any.
But they act top tier and can’t really deliver more than mid-tier.
We’ll see.
I guess it’s a turn in their development, and they seem to do quite well.
Their other ventures (for the Nothing phone, for the Stem Player, for SHO, etc) seems to yield sufficient revenue in the end.
I do love your way of summing things up, tho.
They (kinda) need to hear that (again).
