Why bother? Well maybe there is a gap in the order numbers. what if order numbers go from 187XXX at 6:00 then to 193XXX at 6:01? we could guess that there is no order numbers between 188000 and 193000 thus giving people hope! and we can get a better shipping estimate for all. and that means less complaining on here and to TE.

@marijn It looks like if you ordered 11mins earlier you would have had your shipment on its way by now.
Probably spent more than 11minutes trying to order via new site on a mobile…not the best experience in online shopping I’ve had.

For anyone here who has had a refund on their PO orders. How long did your refund take?
They processed my refund on Monday but it’s still yet to arrive back with me, and refunds are normally a quick process via paypal.
