Has anyone received a PO order shipping notice yet?

It’s really pathetic that a month has gone by and they haven’t given any real delivery estimates based on order numbers. It really is going to be 2-3 months even if you ordered on day 1. BS.

Well I've crunched the numbers and I really don't like what I've found.
*edit*I wonder what calming words @wildfrontiers will have to say about this.*edit*

PIE TE copy

blaergh

Happy Chinese New Year! Will be back in a week…

i said it before, and i will say it again:

clusterfuck

Those figures are probably skewed with partial/incomplete orders due to the dreadful online store functionality - if anyone tried ordering using an iOS device then they probably dropped their order(s) and tried again later on a PC …it might account for a few of these order numbers!

This should still show a close to accurate percentage of orders coming and shipments going out. partial/incomplete orders, cancelled orders, and orders that don’t include POs at all are included in the total orders AND filled orders. We know that the first orders were around 182xxx (183100 is the earliest I’ve found) and that by 1/28 the order numbers where around 262000. That is a lot of order numbers real or not. We also know somewhere in the 183100 to 183200 range is where the last shipment stopped and should be the last shipment for this month.

So order numbers that do not mean a PO will be send to someone won’t effect this chart. “filled” means they are done with that order number

I was #2206XX on 24/1, 1:30am approx CET. That would make it 40k orders in the first 2 days and another 40k in the next 4 days.

Except that they also stated that orders may not ship out in order of order number, because some people had orders sitting in the cart for a day or whatever whilst paying, and they were shipping out orders in order of completed status.

^ I guess @cybearg point is that 0.5% is the best case here… these other cases would either not affect or even reduce that value.

It’s most that people might be thinking they have, say, order 183300 and therefore should have had something, but they might have checked out after, say, 187.000 was ordered and so that’s where they’d end up in the queue according to TE.

Anybody knows how to perform DDOS attacks?

I agree @RTK, that analysis is more “statistical”, about the overall picture, it may not be meaninfull to think about individual orders.

This hurts a lot lol

Have any of those that have canceled actually received refunds yet?

Guys, really? I have never seen so much crying and whining about nothing in a single thread on any forum in my life.

The product’s success exceeded the expectation of TE. So it’s backordered. Suck it up and wait it out.
Have you never had to wait for a backordered product before? It happens all the time; game consoles, iPhones, cars. When I ordered my Audi A5 I was put on a 9-month waiting list. Korg Volcas were nigh impossible to come by for a while…

Patience, young grasshoppers…

@buramu I also had to wait for my Audi convertible. I ordered special paint that wasn’t available because of the nuclear issues in Japan. I only had to wait for 8 months and I accepted that. Love the briljant communication Audi has about delivery.

The ‘complaining’ here isn’t about the waiting as you probably found out after you posted and browsed this thread. I hope you like your Audi as much as I do  Do you think you will be in time to deliver your battle 31 entry?

Fair enough… I hope I’ll get my PO-14 in time for the battle entry… But my Korg SQ-1 turned up a lot quicker than expected, so that will keep me entertained for the coming few weeks until PE scale up their supply chain

The point is that they were supposedly in stock. It would have been fine if they said 2-3 months on day 1.

Got mine today, PO12 had no instructions so I’m figuring it out, they all sound quite nice in a lo-fi way, still a bit of head scratching going on but I’ll post a mini review once I have had a bit more time with them.
