yikes. another bad look for te. 9 days is way too long for a refund. thought about trying to order from collette but they were coming up $79 plus who knows how much for shipping ;<br>

If your refund from TE hasn’t come through, send them an email.
Mine had not arrived back after 5 days, and it looks like they didn’t refund it their end properly. They seem to have cancelled the order, but didn’t process the refund via Paypal. As soon as they realised, I had an email from Paypal telling me the money was being refunded to my account.
Yet more quality customer service from TE…
