[help needed] Endless Sequencer playing back wrong notes?

When programming notes into the endless sequencer, they play back at the wrong pitch. I've attempted a factory reset and re-formatted the drive, but the issue persists. Also happens with drums. Anyone have any ideas?

Everything is normal. You have to play the sequence with the C key. Use the other keys to transpose/pitch your melody. (Sorry for my bad English)
