How to link midi clock of OPZ to Boomerang 3 Looper Pedal

I have a Boomerang 3 Looper pedal with a 5-pin midi in jack. I’d like to plug my OP-Z into the midi jack and get them sync’d.

Alternatively, could a iPad 2 be used as a midi hub?

u can use the OPLAB Module to get a DIN MIDI port from the Z

the Z is a usb midi host
so u can also just use a class compliant USB to MIDI cable // interface
plugged into the Z USB port.
