Is there any existing app that can convert phone accelerometer data into midi to drive the op-1 Midi LFO? I love using the op-1 accelerometer, and an external would allow more flexibility. In lieu of the op Lab which seems to be exceedingly rare! Anyone else try anything like this? Seems like our phones have a lot of useful sensors that could play with the op-1.
I know that ThumbJam has MIDI mapping for the accelerometer, it’s a pretty fun app too. Never tried that specifically, but it’s probably possible.
Thanks 3sleeves - big fan of your presets at op1.fun! I found SoundPrism Pro which has midi from the accelerometer , But I wasn’t able to send that to the op-1. I’ll try ThumbJam, looks cool.
