my work issued ipad will not connect to my personal pc. Is there a way to install video packs to the ipad without the use of itunes on pc?
No. you need the itunes file transfer to put video packs in the app. They did release a stand alone mac app. Hopefully more updates to the app, and what devices it can run on are coming.
