When doing a mixdown recording over an existing recording I’m noticing that a slight clip of the previous mix is left on the new file. This is on the op-1 field firmware 1.5.0.

Do you mean in Album? Then this is the same on the og. OP1. I like it somehow, for no particular reason. It gives you an analog vibe of overrwriting cassettes and has a poppy sound☺️
