Hey folks. I just received my new OP-1 Field. I am only getting audio from the left channel. I updated to the latest firmware, and tried a factory reset as well. No luck. Is there something I’m missing? Any help is greatly appreciated.
Looks like it’s the jack, if I pull it out slightly I get audio in both channels. Great quality control.
Just in case: If you press the tempo/metronome button, does it say anything about being in sync mode? That could also cause the behavior you’re describing… and would be a much easier fix
Thanks, I did try that, but it’s not the issue. I can actually get it to work by pulling the headphone cable out slightly, so I am confident the jack has a soldering issue or something. It’s just really hard to keep the cable in that spot.
have you tried different headphones? it might be that. I’ve had similar issues with different headphones.
also it could be related to the sync settings. make sure that’s not outputting a click (I forget the name of the setting)
