why is it that I don’t see any waveforms in the OP-Z app when the unit is connected to my computer? I’m pressing stop+rec to switch into sampler mode but there’s just a line.

Okay, I found the cause. I was using 24 Bit audio files and thought that the OP-1 Drum Utility would convert them down to 16 Bit.
I just did it manually and the waveform in the sample editor appeared!
when this happens to me, I back out of the sampler page, change tracks, then change back to the track with the sampler, open it up and the wave forms are there.
