Hello,
The tape wheel on my OB-4 recently stopped spinning. When I try to spin it myself it feels like there may be some dust or something that got under the wheel.
The speakers work completely fine otherwise.
Is there a way to easily clean this or trouble shoot?
no idea if this would work but you can try recalibrating the motor(s)- hold play and input for more than 20 seconds and then follow the instructions on the screen…

hey that’s great news! yeah i don’t know why TE doesn’t have the motor reset thing as some instructions that are public (maybe they are now?), but i had a motor problem once and their customer support told me the motor reset trick and it worked perfectly.
